What happens after you hit submit

No black hole, no automated drip campaign, no lead broker selling your phone number to four companies. Here is the actual sequence.

• Within business hours, we call you back — usually inside 30 minutes. A real person in St. Louis, working from the details you gave us. If you submitted after 9pm, expect a call first thing in the morning unless you flagged it as an emergency, in which case call the number directly.
• We give you a price range on the phone. Before we ask for your address, before we dispatch anything. If your description points to a broken torsion spring on a double door, we’ll tell you it’s likely $280–$450 and explain what moves it within that band.
• We book a two-hour arrival window. Not an all-day block. If we can get you same day we’ll say so honestly; if the realistic answer is tomorrow morning, we say that instead of booking you and cancelling later.
• You get a text when the technician is en route with his name and photo, so you know exactly who is pulling into your driveway.
• On site: full inspection, then a written flat-rate price. The technician shows you the failed part, explains what he found, and gives you up to three written options. Nothing is touched until you approve a number.
• The work gets done from the truck. About nine out of ten repairs finish on the first visit. Then he re-balances the door, re-sets the opener limits, runs the auto-reverse safety test, and hands you an invoice with the parts-and-labor warranty term printed on it.
